Wellness Specialist
Megan is the Employee Wellness Specialist at Montgomery College. With 25 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, she has worked as a mind-body instructor, personal trainer, and director of wellness programming before taking on her current role. Megan has two master's degrees - one in school counseling and the other in industrial organizational psychology, including stress management and resiliency training.
